In this Fifth Anniversary Edition your child will gain both music literacy and an enjoyment of music, which will prepare them for further instrumental or vocal studies. My First String Camp emphasizes ensemble aspects of music through songs, expressive movement, improvisation and storytelling. While enjoying creative musical games, students will learn musical concepts such as form, dynamics and phrasing. They will also develop skills such as singing in tune, recognizing rhythm patterns and melodic intervals, and reading and writing music.

Who: Suzuki and Elementary School String Students, Grades 1-6
