The Hattiesburg High School Baseball Program has a rich tradition. This tradition continues under the leadership of Coach Brent Barham and his staff of dedicated coaches. The coaching staff includes Glenn Mitchell, Patrick Ezell, Jason Harr, Jennifer Morgan and Chris Bedenbaugh.
The coaching staff will continue to strive to instill a hard work ethic, accountability, perseverance, and many other core values in each player. Hattiesburg baseball players are expected to represent the school and community in a positive manner both on and off the field. In addition, the coaching staff believes the game of baseball is a great tool for preparing players for life after high school.
Hattiesburg High Baseball is rich in success and history, claiming 7 State Championships, over 20 district titles, and 11 time South State Champs.
Playing in the historic “Smokie Harrington Park,” one of the largest high school fields in the nation, the Mighty Tigers of Hattiesburg keep traditions of the past alive today.
