Jasmin Baxter
Teddy “Buster” Reed, retired U.S. Coast Guard Commander, served 32 years, including two tours in the Middle East. A University of South Florida graduate, Commander Reed is currently the Director of Outreach for the Mississippi Veterans Affairs. In this position, Commander Reed oversees the planning and implementation of outreach services for Veterans state-wide. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Pine Belt Veterans Task Force and Mississippi Veterans Workforce Development Council.
